1 Account Registration & Identity Verification

To open an account with 1xbdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts operated from the same phone number, device, or IP address are not allowed.
• No one under the age of 18 may open or use an account.
• 1xbdt may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you share them with anyone, 1xbdt cannot be held responsible for the security of that account.
• Keep the mobile number and contact details on your account active and up to date at all times.

Using another person's account or transferring an account to someone else is also a violation of these rules. 1xbdt accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

2 Betting Rules

Placing a bet on 1xbdt means you accept the offered odds and applicable terms. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market. Please check the limits on the bet slip before confirming your bet.
• Odds change in real time. The odds at the exact moment you click "Place Bet" will apply — not any odds you saw earlier.
• If a match is cancelled or does not start at the scheduled time, all bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a dispute arises over a score or result before the official announcement, 1xbdt will treat the decision of the relevant official governing body as final.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue, 1xbdt reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If one selection in a parlay bet is voided, it will be removed and the parlay will continue with the remaining selections.

For bets placed during a live betting session where the connection was interrupted, 1xbdt may accept the bet at the updated odds or cancel it entirely, depending on the situation.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 1xbdt can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made from a mobile number registered in the account holder's own name.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method and your VIP level.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Higher VIP tiers receive faster processing.
• Your first withdrawal may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• Deposits made using a payment method registered in a third party's name will be returned, and an account verification process may be initiated.
• 1xbdt complies with international anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at 1xbdt come with their own specific terms. By claiming any bonus, you automatically agree to its applicable terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and can only be claimed once. Closing an existing account and opening a new one to claim the welcome bonus again is not permitted.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering multiplier (typically ×3 to ×5). Until this requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• When using bonus funds, only Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. You must fulfil the conditions of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the validity period expires.
• 1xbdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If 1xbdt detects bonus abuse — such as attempting to withdraw bonus funds through low-risk two-way betting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5 User Code of Conduct

1xbdt is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment, and every member shares in the responsibility of upholding it.

• Participation in or assistance with match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical vulnerabilities for gain is strictly prohibited. If you come across any such issue, the right thing to do is report it to support.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward the support team may result in a temporary or permanent account ban.
• Using another person's identity or accessing their account without permission is strictly prohibited.

6 Data Protection & Privacy

1xbdt takes your personal data seriously. We collect only what is necessary and store it securely.

• 1xbdt collects your name, mobile number, device information, and betting activity to improve its services and meet legal obligations.
• 1xbdt never sells your information to third parties for advertising purposes.
• 1xbdt may be required to share information with authorities when legally obligated to do so.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Under any of the following circumstances, 1xbdt may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to transfer an account to another person.
• Registration using false or fraudulent identification.
• Abuse of the bonus system or fraudulent betting activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Serious violation of the code of conduct.

If an account is closed, 1xbdt will consider returning any legitimate funds on balance (excluding bonuses) depending on the circumstances. Users may also request account closure at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

1xbdt believes in responsible gaming. Our goal is to ensure that every member's betting experience always remains within the bounds of entertainment.

9 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and 1xbdt, please attempt to resolve it through our support channels first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

• Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with support within 72 hours of the result being announced. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.
• 1xbdt's decision is considered final in dispute resolution, though users retain the right to appeal to the relevant international licensing authority.
• For any payment or transaction disputes, keep screenshots and transaction IDs on hand — they will help resolve the issue faster.

10 General Provisions

These terms were last updated in June 2026. If any changes are made in the future, 1xbdt will notify registered members. If you do not agree with the updated terms, closing your account is the right course of action.

If any part of these rules is unclear, just ask our support team — we'll explain everything in plain Bangla. 1xbdt wants every user to engage with the platform fully informed.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
